Returns Policy


14 Day Returns.  If for any reason you're not satisfied with the item you purchased via this web site you can return any unworn item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Damaged Shipments.  Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any packages are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We can not be held responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturers Defects/Non-Defective Merchandise.  If you decide to return any merchandise, contact us via email or phone (07) 3254 2633 for instructions. Do not return products to us without first e-mailing to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect or you decide to return for any reasons you must first receive a Return Authorisation Number. No package will be accepted without a Return Authorisation Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorised after 14 days of purchase. Returns should be in their original condition along with the original package.


To return an item please follow the instructions below:

1. Contact us via email or phone and let us know that you would like to return an item. Please mention the order number and reason for the return. We will then send you a return authorisation number by e-mail.

2. Place the item you would like to return with all the original packaging in the box, a copy of your receipt and a return confirmation number. Then address it to:

We recommend you ship your package via Australia Post Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment arrived at its intended destination. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss or returned merchandise. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach us.

 

4. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 business days of our receiving your return. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.


Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing and shipping without penalty.  Please contact us immediately as it is your responsibility that we receive a message prior to shipping the product.  If item has been shipped and you change your mind for any reason please refer to our returns policy above.
