$8.50 Standard delivery/ $12 Express delivery applies to any orders totalling less than $100 AUD. 

Free standard delivery/ $2 Express shipping upgrade for orders totalling $100AUD or more. 

 Free in-store pick up: Paddington store only.

Postage and Delivery

Standard shipping: We strive to get your jewels to you ASAP. Being a small business, this can take 3- 7 business days. 

Express shipping: 1-3 business days. 

Important Information

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.

 

We Reserve The Right: 

  1. To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
  2. That all orders are subject to availability of stock
  3. To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide

 

Returns

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange (anything other than earrings) providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased. For health and hygiene reasons, pieces must not have been worn.
  3. Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene.

In Store Refund

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Guide we do not refund items due to change of mind.

Postal Exchange

You can exchange your online order by posting it back to 129 Latrobe tce Paddington. NOTE - Earrings cannot be exchanged.

 Exchanges

  1. You are welcome to exchange your order in person at Thousand Island Dressing Paddington (129 Latrobe Tce, Paddington, Brisbane) provided you have the original receipt and item is brought back within 14 days of purchase. Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene purposes.
