SIZING: this is a one size fits most - it would be suitable for teens to adults. 

Front measurement (side seam to side seam) - approximately 38cm
Elastic at back - 17cm (stretches to approximately 25cm)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: We recommend a gentle handwash, or pop your headband into a washing bag and put it in with your regular wash. Line dry in the shade and warm iron if required.
